Didn't receive all the vinyl squeegee cards I ordered

Have not used this vinyl squeegee card. However, I ordered 5 but only 1 came in. Disappointed, as the 5,000 tags I ordered were sent to 5 different locations and not everyone got a vinyl squeegee card.
