MyAssetTag: Our production manager informed us the toner is melted plastic particles onto the surface. We scratch it before it leaves the facility. So it is not easily worn off. But, because of the location it is getting rubbed and touched a lot. Also it is the essential oils on the hand that are breaking down the toner. The manager suggested laminated labels for additional protection. We can credit the amount spent on this order towards a new order. We would first like to provide a sample pack for testing to see which label would work best with the material it is being placed on. You may go for Stealguard since it does have extra lamination for additional protection.
