Bogus shipping terms

Bogus shipping terms. This product was order on 30-Oct-17 with 2nd Day Air shipping selected. Order confirmation stated that the order would not be delivered until 06/07-Nov17 (7 days later). Called order support and got the run around. You basically pay extra for shipping for an order that doesn't ship for days after the order is placed. They are happy to sit on your order and then charge you extra for the shipping....
