A surprise Fin audit required inventorying our stock. I placed my order on a Fri. Called next Mon and was told it would ship on Wed. I had added overnight shipping to have by the coming Fri. On Tues, shipment slipped to Thurs, on Wed it slipped Thu, on Thus it had slipped to early next week. Unacceptable, I said when I called. I was contacted by Cust Serv and was told the Overnight fee would be waived and they would try to ship it that day. My order arrived on Friday of the same week with overnight service. This is an outstanding Cust Serv. I will order from MyAssetTag again but with more lead next time. JS
