From start to finish this company was fantastic to work with. I found this site while under a time crunch and most of the places I found wanted a minimum of 100 labels and were at priced extremely high. When I found this place, I was able to make my label, however there was an issue when it came to ordering it as the label got distorted. When I called customer service, they were extremely nice to work with. The fact that when you use their website and at the bottom you are given a Visitor number allows them to see what is going on, and that made my life so much easier as they could see the distortion and had the ability to send it over to their art team right away. I went ahead and ordered them, as they explained that it would not go through until I approved it. Less then 12 hours later I had the proof, unfortunately it still was not quite correct but I called and explained what needed to be done and they got right on it. We had a person leaving literally within a few days and they were able to expedite the order and actually hand deliver the order to us since we were only a short distance away from their facility. This allowed us to put the label on the persons equipment prior to them leaving. I would highly recommend this company for any tamper evident labels and I will certainly use them in the future when we need to reorder.
