OK Quality but Didn't Follow Instructions - Not What I Ordered

Quality is fine - our problem was that they printed it with a barcode even though we requested a number only asset tag - now we are left with a number you can hardly see. A further problem is that when I tried to use their chat system, no one would answer me. Again, I recommend the product but TRIPLE check your asset tag, especially if you have them review if for you - they might make changes you do not want.
