Lack of updating shipment status

My only problem is the status of the purchase order. I had to order a thousand blank tags from my other vendor. Where i purchase my fire extinguisher parts. Due to thinking my order hadn't been made yet by Xpress. The status on your website read "sent to factory". Thankfully, the tags arrived during the designated delivery period. That you folks said that it would be delivered by.
