Great customer service!

I customized the fire extinguisher tags to the exact way I wanted them online but when I clicked the "review" button the information was not aligned correctly. I tried again and the same thing happened so I called customer service. The gentleman was a great help and also wasn't sure why it was doing that. He proceeded to take down the information and get the order processed. He sent me the tag next day to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it and within a short time I received them. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous! I would definitely buy again. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 is because of the website issue of not showing the information exactly as I entered it for some reason.
