Tax exempt process is very, very flawed

Your refunding of sales tax practice is extremely frustrating since I have to request the sales tax be removed on every order even though I have a tax exempt form on file. Then after that request I have to request an updated invoice since the one that is emailed never matches the actual credit card charge.
MyAssetTag: Thank you for placing your order with us. We appreciate your feedback. Refunding sales tax is based on what the "ship to" States requires. The certificate on file are for audit purposes (the info is presented to the state when requested). A new one is not needed as long as the bill to information is not different from the previous order. If the order is placed online all of our customers have the option to upload the certificate at that time or call in to inform us of the existing cert on file and it can be uploaded to the new order.
