Everything is great till it's not

My order was not sent to me, I received someone else's order. The customer service rep would not have a new order sent out until I took photos of the wrong order and sent them to her. I was already inconvenience by the wrong order but then I had to stop what I was working on to send pictures..twice. For as many labels I have ordered over all these years I should have received a yes ma'am and got my replacements the next day, Needless to say I got nothing but my labels days later.

Careful with the metallics!

These will suit our needs. I'm disappointed by the print quality of the blue background - it has already rubbed off on the bottom edge of each of the labels. It looks like it's hard to print on that slick metallic backing. Just disappointing to have an already damaged label to use. Otherwise, printed correctly and as ordered. Thanks!
MyAssetTag: As per our production team, what you are looking at is called a HALO – this occurs when the static from the print spreads the toner on the surface of the material, this one particularly because the material is a metal surface. Once you peel the labels it will not appear to be so dirty looking, most of the halo will happen on the matrix and the label should be usable.
